SGP Engine Room Intelligent Control System

 

Product Introduction

The base of central heating systems in engine rooms is supplying heat for overcoming the heat loss in the building. At present, a closed circuit of heating is used to produce this heat. For this purpose, a circuit of warm water is kept in the fixed temperature with a thermostat installed on the pot. This method which is the preliminary controlling method of central heating system in the engine room is named as fixed temperature control.

On the other hand, heating loss rate of building is changed based on outer air temperature. It means that heating loss of building is much more in midday hours than other times. In case of using the fixed temperature method for controlling the central heating system in engine room, an instant balance is not realized between the required heat and produced one. It results in unusual consumption of energy in midday hours which are along with opening windows or uncomfortable residents in night hours. To remove this basic problem, the energy and installations division of Giti Pasand Industrial Group has designed and produced SGP-SBC intelligent controlling system of engine room as one of the components of comprehensive energy system. The main objective of the system is achieving an ideal heating system which intelligently balances production rate of heating with heating loss rate of building. Controlling algorithms which compose thinking brain of system, have been designed based on open adjustment and programmed based on residential, administrative and commercial applications, in addition to the fact that this system includes algorithms for optimizing energy consumption in producing the consumed warm water of building.

  • Possibility of connecting to BMS and EMS
  • Possibility of connecting to Giti Pasand energy measuring system (SGP-UMS)
  • Controlling and supervising via LAN and internet (based on the requests of users)
